I will go directly to your house in the days before the event, so as to make an inspection of the kitchen, the necessary equipment and the environments. Of course, if you need specific kitchen utensils, don’t worry, because I will take care of everything. On this occasion we can agree on the menu and precisely detail all requests and specific needs.
I will personally take care of the shopping, to choose the wines that best accompany the chosen dishes, to cook and serve in a fine and elegant way, starting from fresh and selected ingredients.
I will take care of the management of the kitchen, the pantry and any collaborators for the duration of the event, including table service and cleaning of the kitchen. If you want, I can also take care of the mise en place, setting up a dream table! And If you like to cook, I’ll be glad to have you by my side to help me prepare the dishes. I’ll be happy to share with you some little tricks.
